In order to define future direction for a couple of products, I started looking into .Net framework 3.0. Microsoft has a nice collection of clinics to help people understand
This collection is called "Collection 5134: Developing Rich Experiences with Microsoft® .NET Framework 3.0 and Visual Studio® 2005". It consists of three clinics on WPF, WCF, and WWF. I have been looking at them during this week and was able to complete them today. I would say WPF is a great innovation. WCF and WWF are repacking of existing technologies. MS just made their interpretability easier.
I already have a number of ideas to improve one of my 32 products by using .Net 3.0. It will be a big hit among its 3000 users.
